Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Zambia Business Angels Network (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Platform.
Use of Platform
You may use the Platform for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in any way that violates the rights of others. You may not use the Platform to transmit or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Zambia Business Angels Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform or its contents without the prior written consent of Zambia Business Angels Network.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you upload or post to the Platform (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws. You grant Zambia Business Angels Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content on the Platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. Zambia Business Angels Network does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Zambia Business Angels Network does not warrant that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zambia Business Angels Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zambia Business Angels Network and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your User Content, your use of the Platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
Changes to this Agreement
Zambia Business Angels Network may update this Agreement from time to time by posting the updated version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
Zambia Business Angels Network may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Zambia.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zambia Business Angels Network with respect to the use of the Platform. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
